KY-Grip®
Highly oxidation resistant, tanged stainless steel reinforced flexible graphite gasket sheet.
KY-Force is a quality gasket sheet made of several layers of stainless steel and highly oxidation-resistant flexible graphite. The layers of graphite and stainless steel sheets are connected to each other with high strength using a special process. The impregnation of the sealing plate reduces leakage and improves handling.

Wide temperature range from lowest temperatures such as 250 °C ( -418 °F) up to
500 °C (932 °F) or higher depending on the operating conditions. For applications above
450 °C ( 842 °F) please contact us.The 1.5 x 1.5 m sheet size allows cutting gaskets up to 1.5 m diameter in one piece
Properties
Excellent oxidation resistance. The graphite layers show a weight loss of less than 3 %/h (Leco TGA 701) (670 C (1238 °F) for 4 hours)
Almost no creep relaxation
Low leakage rates
